Washingtonia filifera seeds. Occurs naturally in the Sonoran and Mojave deserts of southeastern California, southwestern Arizona, and northern Baja California, Mexico from sea level to 1,800 feet elevation. Seeds collected in Phoenix. This clone has a thick trunk, over 3′ in diameter and grows to 35′ tall.
