Moringa oleifera seeds
Moringa oleifera is a fast-growing, deciduous tree that can reach 10–20 feet in its first year under optimal conditions and up to 35 feet at maturity. It produces feathery, fern-like leaves rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein, often eaten fresh, cooked, or dried. The long, slender seed pods (known as drumsticks) are commonly used in cooking, while seeds yield a valuable oil known as ben oil.
